2012 AEMV Submissions and Proceedings Deadline Schedule

February 1, 2012 - AEMV website open for conference submissions
March 30, 2012 - Title and abstract submission deadline (presentations and student posters)
April 15, 2012 - Notice of accept/decline for all submissions
June 15, 2012 - Final draft of scientific paper manuscripts due to Conference Committee for scientific editing
August 15, 2012 - Final manuscript from author to Proceedings Editor for final editing/formating
